This is Port Vauban, Antibes, France. It holds a special place in my heart as the place that our much loved family boat, Melusine a maxi 130 was launched and it was the place of our last family holiday pre-lockdown madness.
I painted this during the lovely British summer whilst locked in our homes trying to avoid COVID-19. It has brought me a lot of hope and joy during this time and I hope it can do the same for you.

I painted this canvas using acrylic paint with both brush and palette knife.
