Our approach is to firstly meet with you on site where we will listen to your ideas and find out about your passions in order to establish the brief. This initial meeting is free of charge as we believe it is vitally important for all parties to establish repour before entering into a working relationship.
Once we are appointed we will then undertake a full survey of the proposed site in order to work up some sketch ideas for the building. We see this as an interactive activity with lots of input from you the customer to make sure we get the design right for your very personal tastes and requirements. During this process it is vital that we discuss any potential planning issues we might foresee. Once we are all settled on a design we will then work up the drawings and reports to make the planning application.
Once planning has been granted we would bring together the design team required to produce the full detailed drawing pack ready for the building regulation application. This drawing set is also put out to tender, a process that we can also help you with.
There are a lot of decisions to be made through out the whole process and we are always on hand to guide you through the decision making process.
