Does your scheme require planning permission and listed building consent? Are you in a green belt or conservation area?

Extensions, garages, outbuildings, driveways and even small alterations to your existing shell can require some or all of these consents and navigating the rule book is not always straight forward. We have had the honour of working with listed buildings, homes in conservation and green belt areas and designed many a scheme that requires planning permission.

These images show a handful of the beautiful homes we have secured planning permission for.

The first free, no-obligation meeting is to establish your brief and explain the way in which we work. Once appointed we would then conduct a full survey of the property in order to then work up some sketch schemes for discussion. During this phase we will advise you of any planning constraints and or problems that we might foresee. Once a design has been agreed we will then produce the CAD drawings and reports required to make the planning application.

You might chose to leave our story there or if its a larger scheme you may want us to manage the production of the full detailed drawing pack for your building regulation application and tender.
